Responding to at least one buyer the @BT_UK Twitter stated: “We have recognized a fault and we’re presently engaged on this.”
Whereas responding to a different Twitter consumer the BT account added: “We’ve got recognized a fault and are engaged on it. Are you able to verify it once more in an hour please? Sorry for the inconvenience. Is there something I can do to assist in the interim?”
Categorical.co.uk has contacted BT for remark about immediately’s reported service points.
In keeping with Down Detector UK, reviews of BT down started coming in round 2pm UK immediately (Tuesday April 13).
