Greater than two-third members of the committee of collectors (CoC) of Jaypee Infratech (JIL) on Friday voted in favour of permitting seven days’ time to state-run NBCC and the consortium led by Suraksha Realty to submit their revised decision plans to accumulate the bankrupt actual property developer.
Sources stated that round 75-76% of the CoC members voted in favour of permitting time from Could 29 to June 4 to each the decision candidates to submit their closing bids for JIL. Subsequently, the lenders’ panel cancelled the voting on Suraksha’s Could 18 bid.
The share of votes in favour of permitting each candidates to file their closing bids couldn’t be confirmed on the time of going to press.
