UN chief: Overseas fighters in Libya are violating cease-fire



The U.N. estimated in December that there have been no less than 20,000 overseas fighters and mercenaries in Libya, together with Syrians, Russians, Sudanese and Chadians. However at a casual council assembly in late April, audio system stated there have been greater than 20,000, together with 13,000 Syrians and 11,000 Sudanese, in line with diplomats.
